Brand Refresh, Web Design & Copy Writing

I was approached by Sacha, founder and owner of Tangerine & Teal to refresh their online presence.

Tangerine & Teal sell and restore hand-picked furniture from the original and most celebrated vintage and mid-century modern designs by Parker, Chiswell, Featherston and more.

Simplicity was key - with the client requesting white space and simple colour profiles to be used throughout. With no brand identity or logo (the client wished to steer clear of their previous branding) the challenge was to re-imagine the branding and website to reflect the designer collectables in a contemporary and youthful way.

Simple block colours of tangerine, teal and copy in black are complemented with typography in a classic sans-serif, professional and clean, creating clear and simple lines with a no-fuss design and focuses on the products.

The tone of voice is straight forward but friendly, ultimately the cherry on top for a well rounded and stunning online presence.

With my hands-on approach, I retouched images to ensure they felt on brand, adding colour and flair. You will notice small nuances throughout creating a beautiful balance between design and function.
